On May 1st 2020 Tim Kahle from 169Labs will be guest lecturing at Hochschule Luzern. His lecture is part of the course “Voice User Interface Strategy” which deals with Customer Experience Management in the voice context from April 30th to Augutst 20th 2020.
Designing dialog models for applications on digital speech assistants is critical for success and for user satisfaction. The basis for modern conversation designers and VUI strategists is understanding the technology behind the assistants, especially Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. During the course we will have a look at the functionalities and limitations of the newest Generation of speech assistants and how we can use our own technological setup, to simply and quickly run applications on speech assistants.
