Broadband penetration and Internet usage continue to increase uninterruptedly – and in addition to entertainment and transactions, communication and information procurement in particular are changing dramatically. This is just as true for consumers as it is for companies: The latter now work and communicate predominantly “always-on” and consumers are increasingly communicating even with older people via messaging or social media. But how can this continue and what implications does it have?
